A great chance to meet up with friends after the Christmas and New Year festivities. This will be largely a free and easy rally but the marshals will be providing hot dogs on Friday evening plus tea/coffee and biscuits at flag on Sunday. This is a lovely site with lakes and lots of options for walking and at the end of your walk, you can purchase a hot chocolate/coffee etc. from the little shop/cafe on site and there is also a cafe by the fishing lakes (a short walk away) that serves breakfasts and lunch. There are a number of pubs a short distance away from the site that serve excellent food. Please ask the marshals for details. If there is enough interest, a pizza van can be arranged on the Saturday evening of the rally - please let the marshal know if you are interested in this. Each pitch comes with EHU included in the rally fee and each pitch also has a tv point so make sure to pack a long aerial lead! This is a limited rally, so early booking is advised.

Celebrate Easter with us in the heart of the Derbyshire Countryside. There are a number of traditional pubs in the village that may have live music over the Easter weekend, as well as a couple of cafes. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walkers and there is a footpath at the top of the site that takes you into the village if you go to the right and a is also good for dog walking.

Master Chef is back, the event where ralliers take part in a cooking competition on Saturday afternoon. Other ralliers watch the competition and are treated to tasting platters during the afternoon. There will be fun activities for the kids and also a Junior Master Chef with the day finished off with a Social of a hot meal followed by an ‘Authentic Bavarian, Bierkeller evening. Beer Steins and Tankards a must with Bavarian Themed dress optional. Tables & chairs provided. The rally is held in a beautiful location on the beachfield of Harlyn Sands Holiday Park, a commercial site with lots to do for all the family. There are gorgeous views across Harlyn Bay and beyond, with the nearest beach is only yards away and the coast path also adjacent to the site. It is possible to walk to 7 different bays from the rally site: Boat Bay, Harlyn Bay, Trevone and to the other side is Mother Ivey's Bay, Boobys Bay, Constantine and Treyarnon. There are a number of cafes and bars within walking distance (mostly on the beaches) as well as all the facilities of the holiday park, which include a fun pool, clubhouse with entertainment, restaurant, takeaway and shop. As well as showers, toilets, laundrette etc. A short walk across the beach, or along the coastal path, takes you to the bus route where you can travel to nearby Padstow or Newquay. For the cyclists, the Camel Trail starts at Padstow and continues for miles through Wadebridge, all the way up to Bodmin. The rally is ideally situated for visits to local tourist spots such as Padstow, Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Issac, Newquay and more. By submitting a booking request, you will be sent a Harlyn booking form to complete. Once this has been completed and received by the marhsal and the required deposit paid, your place on the rally will be confirmed. This is a great little site next door to Elvaston Castle and on the canal path to Long Eaton and Derby (ideal for walkers and cyclists). Borrowash is only half a mile away with shops and a highly recommended indian restaurant, the Bay of Bengal. The site has a dedicated dog walking area as well as a toilet block (no showers). This is a limited rally, so please book early to secure a pitch. Social evenings in the Event Shelters with games and music. Maybe a family walk (weather permitting). Nominations for committee to be completed and submitted to the Centre Secretary by 11am on the Sunday.
