We ask for certain information such as your name, membership number, address, phone number and email address when you book a place on one of our rallies or if you correspond with us. We use this information to reserve your place on a rally, and, if you are a Nottinghamshire member, to help us determine your eligibility to any rally attendance awards at the time of the AGM. The information may also be used to check your right to attend any particular event with the member services of the Caravan and Motorhome club. The information will also be used to provide closed membership access to other areas of the website such as automated booking facilities (as and when they become available). Some of the information you supply will also be passed on to the rally marshal to enable them to organise the events you register for. We may also use the information we collect, such as your email address, to contact you regarding any booking you have made and to provide you with service information, such as rally cancellations. We also assume any personal data you provide relating to other individuals is done with their consent.
We may also receive third party information about you. This information is limited to your membership status with the Caravan and Motorhome Club. If you cease your registration with the Nottinghamshire Centre, we will no longer be able to provide you with any closed membership services that may be available to registered members.

We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
