Dear Members
I (Martin Critchley) write to you as the appointed Campsite Crew Leader (previously Lead Block Marshal) for “ClubFest” 2022 and working in conjunction with our Central Region Vice Chairman Steve Widdowson.
We have 384 units booked on Central Region lines and require a total crew of 14 total enable us to properly manage the efficiency of pitching them all correctly and dealing with issues that may arise over the five days of the events.
To this end we would like to share the workload across our Region by putting out this request for each Centre to find and nominate one of their members who will volunteer their services to become a Campsite Crew Member.
Your nomination:
* must be able to arrive to site on Tuesday 31st May
* does not constitute a booking
* if not already booked, will not be able to book their pitch until after the booking form for the Campsite Crew is returned to myself
* will be emailed with the details of how to book
* still have to pay
I would be grateful if you could provide the details of your nomination to me NO LATER THAN Friday 14th January.
